After having completed a 45 minutes flight, we will land at Tucupita airport. After the arrival to the mainland we will climb aboard boats, which will sail us to the Orinoco Delta Lodge camp. Afterwards we will sail in “Curiaras”, the local Indians canoes, and visit a Warraos Indian village.
During the tour we will explore the tropical fauna, which flourish in this enchanted place. After lunch, we will go for an unforgettable walk in the jungle. It will also be possible to fish piranhas before we head back to the camp at the fall of dusk.
Early in the following morning, we will fly to the Canaima National Park. Provided that the climatic conditions allow it, we will be able to contemplate the highest fall in the world, the Angel Fall, from the plane. Upon arrival to Canaima we will sail on the Canaima lagoon in “Curiaras”, or Indian canoes. Later we will continue by foot to reach more waterfalls, and at the El Sapo Fall we will take a relaxing and refreshing bath. After lunch, we will visit some stores selling Indian handicraft and souvenirs. Next, we will depart from the national park and fly back to Margarita Island.
